Time Chapter What to do
0:00 Describe Name the audience, problem, finished result, output, and delivery target.
0:15 Review Edit the stories, check acceptance criteria, and choose the build team.
0:30 Build Follow parallel worker progress and the master agent’s review decisions.
0:45 Ship Open the artifacts, use Visual Edit or Revise, and run Doctor if delivery needs recovery.

Describe. Start with the outcome. Tell LoopCodeLab who it is for, the problem it solves, and what finished means. Choose web, mobile, media, or documents, then attach references. Name the audience and delivery target.

Review. Your idea becomes editable stories. Check the brief and acceptance criteria for each one. Choose your build agents, adjust the plan, and approve only when every result is clear. Remove ambiguity before the build begins.

Build. Start the build and watch the team work in parallel. Workers implement focused stories while the master agent reviews, integrates, and retries anything that misses the brief. Follow every decision in live progress.

Ship. When it finishes, open the preview, repository, app package, or Drive files. Use Visual Edit for precise changes, or Revise for broader updates. Every loop gets closer to your intent. Run Doctor if delivery needs recovery. Your next project starts with one clear sentence. Describe it, review it, and ship it.
