You can create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as live Google Workspace files. You can also ask for downloadable DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, or PDF files.

Choose the delivery you need
Section titled “Choose the delivery you need”Choose a Google Doc, Sheet, or Slide when you want a live editable link. Choose a downloadable format when you need a file to keep or share outside Google Workspace.
An external Google Workspace file stays in Google rather than becoming a local project asset. Use its deliverable link to edit it or open its Google version history. If a completed web app records an external primary deliverable, its Assets tab shows Open / edit instead of local Replace or Restore actions. LoopCodeLab’s Replace and Restore actions apply only to local, Git-tracked project assets.
Use research when your idea needs it
Section titled “Use research when your idea needs it”If your idea refers to the live web, planning can include a cited research pass. The findings are folded into the build plan before the work starts.
In your request, name the audience, the source material, the desired format, and whether claims need citations. That gives the planner enough information to structure the file correctly.
